Are all your products / services exclusive to you?

Many are exclusive ... but not all. Our product / selection criteria are based on quality, deliverability and author / vendor committment factors rather than exclusivity. If a product / service doesn't match up to what is claimed, then exclusivity means nought. Our content partners are all commited to delivering quality and value and that is what matters to us!
I don't have a credit card. Do you provide other payment options?

We can accept payment via Western Union or paypal from anywhere in the world. We DO NOT accept money orders or checks because of mail loss risks (can happen anywhere in the world) and the delays associated with clearing these. Most of our products are downloadable and so you can be enjoying them immediately after purchase ... or within 24 hours if you send payment via Western Union or Paypal.
I notice your download products are accessible only for 7 days. Why is that?

This is a fairly standard timeframe with digital products delivered via the Internet. Most digital product providers adopt this approach for security purposes. In some instances, we provide a Member Login facility where users get longer than 7 days to access materials.
Where are my credit card details sent when I purchase?

Your transactions are undertaken on our USA-based server with payment details transferred through to our Amsterdam-based payment processor, for approval. They go no further than that. Our payment processor handles transactions on behalf of some of the worlds biggest online merchants, some of which you may have used many times. Our content partners provide from 30-60 day money back guarantees on their products. If you are not satisfied at any point within this guarantee period, please let us know and we will arrange for a refund on your behalf. We - and our content partners - always honor the stated guarantee. If no guarantee is offered, then refunds are on a pro-rata basis. These pro-rata refunds apply to subscription and membership programs only. When ordering a physical product, your refund applies to the full price less shipping costs. Physical products must be returned in order to get a refund.
