Spam Policy

In order to protect our partners, customers and members, Wealth Traders maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email.

We are not a bulk mailer and only ever mail subscribers and our clients. When we do mail, we endeavor to provide an opt-out link on all emails.

The majority of emails which relate to Wealth Traders are likely to come from our Affiliates.

Following is our Spam Policy as it relates to Affiliates:

Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your Affiliate account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account.

As a Wealth Traders Affiliate, you understand that Wealth Traders neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its Affiliates. You also understand and acknowledge that:

• It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated as an Affiliate.


• Affiliates cannot represent themselves as Wealth Traders, that the only link to our site is via the links provided within your Affiliate Management Panel. These links can be cloaked, but the cloaked URL cannot use our name or website.


• As an Affiliate, you agree to remove all complaints from your database. If Wealth Traders receives a complaint which has not been adequately addressed by an Affiliate, we reserve the right to permanently withdraw your Affiliate status and suspend all commissions due.

Wealth Traders reserves the right to take legal action against any Affiliate found violating this Spam Policy. You will not be eligible for a refund if you have made any purchases once your account has been terminated.
