Our fulfillment systems send
out various notifications -- confirmation receipts, download keys,
member login details, update notices --.without a miss, If
there is a system problem we receive a notification. Likewise, if the
mail cannot be delivered, we receive a bounce-back notice. These normal non delivery advices alert us that there is a problem and therefore prompts us to respond.
Therefore,
if you have not received instructions from us relating to your purchase or a response to a request, the
problem is probably related to an ISP filter block or our email address
has not been registered in your Address Book and therefore may be
interpreted as Spam by your email client.
These sort of problems can be easily overcome by doing the following ...
1.) Add support@wealthtraders.com
to your Address Book. This is our support address ... PLUS the address
from which we deliver all of our customer notices. All emails to this
address are logged in our Support Center ... provided they are not blocked by
an outgoing or incoming filter.
2.) Use the Submit a request facility in our Support Center (see link to the right). This is guaranteed to get to us ... and we guarantee a prompt response. These submissions cannot be blocked by ISP or spam filters, hence our guarantee of receipt and response. We recommend you use this facility as first choice!
3.) You can Track a request for all emails sent to support@wealthtraders.com and also for requests submitted via the Submit a request
facility through our Support Center. This is particularly valuable as
spam and ISP filters cannot block your access to your submission OR our
response as everything is undertaken within our Helpdesk facility. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, you may like to login and see if the response is there.
If you follow the above simple steps, then your request WILL get resolved.
