PDF-related issues

When I "right click" to download file PDF file the area is grayed out and it will not download on my computer.

This is very rare. It has only happened a couple of times and we wish we knew what causes this. Again, it has something do with the way the computer's operating system is set up. What happens is that the current setting will not recognize the PDF file extension.

When it does happen is is usually on a MAC computer. It rarely happens on a Windows operating system. If this happens you will need to get someone to actually look at you computer to resolve this.

The files take a long time to download.

Because of the size of the PDF’s and because modems, ISP's and the internet itself can create problems, sometimes it's best to install a Download Manager. With this utility, you can restart interrupted downloads, schedule downloads and reduce overall download times. You can even download mp3's while you sleep. There's a number of download managers available. Here is one we’ve found:  http://www.speedbit.com

I cannot FIND the PDF files on my computer.

In order to read the PDF files file you must know where you downloaded and saved them on your computer. As mentioned in the download instructions we suggest you save it on your "Desktop" or a file which you create called “Know How To Be Rich”.

If you cannot find the files after downloading you can do is search your computer for the files. In Windows click on "Start" – "Search-Files and Folders". Make sure it it looking in all directories. (C: for most computer.)

Type in the name of the file such as "Beyond Positive Thinking" and it will tell you the location. Once you have found the first file the rest will be in the same folder. You can also type in *.pdf as the file name. This tells the computer to look for ANY .pdf files on your hard drive.

I cannot open or read the PDF files.

Please Note:  EVERY computer will accept and allow you to read a PDF file. NO exceptions!

If you cannot open the PDF file it, it is due to one of the following problems

1. You do not have an Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Most computers come with this program, but occasionally people do not have a copy on their computer. If this is the case, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and download your free copy.

2. Some people find that after downloading the PDF file it won't open in their Adobe Reader and appears corrupted. Once again, if your computer's operating system is set up properly the files will open.

In 99.99% of cases when customers cannot open the PDF files in the Adobe Reader they are using an out of date version which results in error messages. Please upgrade to the latest version. Use the link above to download the latest version.

3.  If you click on the PDF file and it will not open and you have the latest version of Adobe Reader, you can open it manually. Open your Adobe Reader program and click on "File" – "Open". Then find the file on your computer in the folder where you saved it. (Most likely you’re Desktop) Click on the file and it will open and play.
